My wife, Vicki, and I love traveling. We always have. We retired four years ago, and took off to see the world. We went to Africa—twice, to Belize, to the Amazon, to Rio, to Sao Paulo, to a wonderful Brazilian village called Trancoso, multiple Alaska trips, Scuba Diving in the Channel Islands (California) and many, many more in the USA. Everywhere we went, from small town USA to exotic foreign lands, we found breathtaking beauty and adventure. We love to travel in style, but had to face the reality that we can out-travel our retirement! We slowed down and began to explore ways to Travel in Style without breaking the Bank. This blog is about our journey and we hope to share some of our favorite places and the tricks we’ve learned along the way to make it affordable. This blog is geared to seniors, but the principles here can be used by anyone and everyone.
